Shipping | Returns | Exchanges
We ship all Canadian orders via Canada Post and UPS. All domestic shipping within Canada is free of charge. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
There will be a $50 CAD flat shipping charge for garments shipping outside Canada and the US. All duties/taxes for purchases to North America and Europe are included upon checkout. Orders outside of North America and Europe are responsible for covering any duties/taxes related to their order.
Express shipping is available to Canadian customers for $35 CAD.

Returns / Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your merchandise, you may do so within 10 days of receiving your order. Products must be in the brand-new condition you received them (e.g. no pet hair, stains, odours, etc.), no exceptions, with company tags still attached and in their original box and/or packaging.
Exchanges are free. For all Canadian returns, Wully will retain a $25 CAD restocking fee; for international returns, Wully will retain a $99 CAD restocking fee, as well as the cost of any additional duties/taxes related to the return. Any duties/taxes/fees for a return will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend that all customers use our available size chart as well as request the professional opinion of our support staff by emailing email@example.com. If further assistance is needed, customers are strongly encouraged to submit a full-body picture of themselves with their height and weight to help aid with sizing questions.
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to initiate your exchange or return process with a note explaining the reason for your exchange or return. After you are emailed your return label, you must ensure that your package is in the mail within 48 hours.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
